** New Additions **

It's been a while since I posted a 'New Additions' entry. As a reminder- this post isn't about sales or great finds like my ' My finds of the Week' post. This is just some new things I picked up for myself just to share my style and buys with you.

OMG Vegas shopping is soo badd! They have things that we dont get here in CA.
I use the bag on the right for traveling and beach/pool and the other for day and night.

OBSESSED with this nail color by Illamasqua in Rare-( neon yellow) at sephora.
I also bought Obsess ( bright pink) and Force ( bright blue) !! Check them out here 

Prada flat.. So cute and comfy

Love the color of these prada heels.. Wasn't crazy about the side view of them- but the color with
jeans is super cute. 

At the Golden Globes Gift lounge- the booth next to mine was a watch company called Rumba Time.
They have these great watches in many different " flavors". I got the cotton candy. They are great for
the gym, and are even water proof. I wore it along side my other watch.. Wasn't that big in the 80's? Multi watches
LOL. Anyway check them out at Rumba Time . Tons of celebs have been photographed rocking these
fun watches!

Love this T-shirt I picked up by a company called Sure. Their site isnt all finished yet apparently but the T-shirts
are super comfy and anywhere from $16.00-$32.00. I got the Bob Marley T. I love the yarn detail on his hair.

Nude YSL pumps. Ive been looking for these ALL OVER!! And on a short trip to Vegas- I found them.
The YSL Triboo pumps are my FAV!!! You can rock summer or winter esp in patent.

I was looking for a hot pink pair of pumps from either CL or YSl, and when I saw these I let out a scream.. literally.
They are YSL signature purple and I have never seen these anywhere. I can't even find them on the web ?
Anyway LOVE these and can't wait to rock them.

In Vegas I also picked up this clutch which I saw in Saks in CT around Christmas time. I loved it but was holding off.
SO when in Vegas I decided.. OK now I'll get it. I needed a good black clutch.

My Workout Routine: GLUTES/QUADS/ABS 1

Yay Ladies!!!!! My trainer Lauren Kern sent me over The last "leg day"  workout routine we did. I train with her for 1 hr at a time around 3-4 times a week- if I'm not traveling. Day 1 is a quad/glute and abs day, Day 2 is a back day, Day 3 is a hamstring/glute and abs and Day 4 is a shoulders/arms and abs day. Lauren and I are going to have someone film her training me one day soon.I'll post those videos on here so you can see exactly what she has me do. Lauren is also going to have her own workout videos on her website soon so you can watch those in between me posting my own.  




Umm.. can we just talk really quickly on how HOT my trainer is and how HOT her body is..She competes in NPC Figure! She is training me for my next show which will be NPC Bikini division 
(my 2nd show). Althought I won't be as defined and as hard as her- it's GREAT motivation for me!!!!! She has GREAT legs and ass.... Just saying lol

1. 65 lb Barbell Squats - I do 3 sets of 10. I squat the bar plus 1 10lb weight on each side; So I squat 65lbs (the bar is 45lbs). You can do this free standing or on the Smith Machine. I do free standing. My trainer says I have one of the best squats she has seen in a long time because I get down really low. Make sure to consult with someone to show you the correct way to squat with the bar before doing it or you can hurt yourself.

2.Level 3 Step Ups - I super-set level 3 step-ups. We use the black metal platforms that are in most gyms.(also in the picture below). Level 3 is pretty high-maybe the highest but I dont know lol. I do 3 sets of 15 step-ups on each leg. I hold on to a bar when stepping up because its really high or I'll hold Laurens hand for balance :)

3. Physio-ball Crunch- After the Step-ups I'll do a set of abs. I don't use any weight with this and I do 3 sets of 25 crunches. 

4.Sissy Squats - I did 3 sets of 10 holding on to a bar on the squat machine with 1 hand. Look this up if you have never done it before.

5.Bulgarian Split Squat -I super-set the sissy squats with these. I do 3 sets of 15 with no weight on both sides.

6.Leg & Glute Lifts- I finish with 3 sets of 25. I do a regular leg lift and when my legs get to the top I then go into a glute lift and then bring my legs back down and start over. Look at the pics below for reference. I either hold onto a bar behind my head or put my hands under my hips. I plan to record a video of me doing these works out so you can see them and how they are done.

My Favorite products: Perfume

I love having a variety of scents to choose from and I think I have a pretty good collection of perfumes. Some are day scents and some are night. Some are wintery and some are summery. I deff love smelling edible and girly. But I also love smelling seductive, womanly and sexy. So here are the scents I love and own. A good idea is to go to Sephora and smell them before you buy them. Sephora has such a great selection of perfumes and a sample of everything for you to smell :)

I'll also list my Favorite for men. They need to smell good too

**I like it because it has an amazing smell that last forever. It stays on your clothes, skin or hair till it's washed. Its sexy and seductive.

3. Laura Mercier Creme Brulee- Laura Mercier Crème Brûlée Eau de Toilette, inspired by the Laura Mercier Body & Bath Gourmande Collection, captures the essence of warm caramel, spun sugar, French vanilla beans and white musks.

** Totally yummy and edible. Part of my "getting ready for date night" ritual.

4. YSL Parisienne-The new fragrance by Yves Saint Laurent is a sensuous bouquet to the woman whose heart belongs to Paris… even if home is elsewhere. A voluptuous floral accord of violet, damask rose and tart blackberry seems to tell the whole story. But then comes the fullness of sandalwood, deepened by musk and brightened by peonies, tying the endnotes to the ones beginning.

5. Hermes Jardin en Mediterranee- A walk through a dappled Mediterranean garden. A woody, green, fruity Eau de Toilette, suitable for men and women alike.

** Smells amazing. Very light... very beachy. A day scent.

6. Chopard Wish -

Luminous purity, voluptuous sensuality...

Launched by the design house of Chopard in 1997, WISH is classified as a refreshing, oriental, woody fragrance. This feminine scent possesses a blend of a woodsy and spicy floral, with notes of patchouli, incense, sandalwood and amber.

** A little strong. I spray in the air and then walk under it. Day or Night time scent.

7.Victoria Secret Love Spell- A lavishly lush blend of peach, cherry blossom and white jasmine in our most concentrated, indulgent form. 

** LOVE this scent from VS. Also have used in my Date Night ritual at one point. Great for day. very summery

8. David Yurman-Born out of an artist's passion for life, the David Yurman fragrance is an elegant fusion of luxurious materials, iconic design and sensual beauty. The boldness of exotic woods and patchouli intertwines with the fluidity of rose and water lily. The fragrance is held in a stunning, faceted golden jewel accented by David Yurman's signature cable motif. 

** My bottle dropped and the glass shattered so all thats left is the gold bottle inside the glass LOL. Smells amazing. A day or night scent. A sexy scent

9. Chanel Chance- It's your chance . . . TAKE IT! A decidedly young scent for those who dare to dream. A light, subtly sensual fragrance, filled with vitality and energy, evolves from one moment to the next, each wholly unique.

** A flirty day scent...

12. Annick Goutal Petite Cherie- A fruity-floral fragrance in which vanilla, peach, musk rose and freshly cut grass recall purity and boldness. Like a naive and determined woman-child who both stirs the senses and moves the heart.

** Smells like candy. Yummy girly and fun. Day time scent

13. Annick Goutal Songes- is a bouquet of both primitive and very refined sensations. Inspired mostly by Gauguin who described the exotism and erotism of the island for eternity.

** This is a "parfum" which is alot more potent and stronger than a toilette perfume. I spray once and then mix with the perfume below.

14. Vanille Exquise  -More than an absolute essence: an irresistible profusion of vanilla, delectably warm, sensual and smooth. Proud and intriguing like the mythical vanilla of the Marquesas Islands. Softened by angelica with almond undertones, languishing in a hint of benzoin, caressed by Gaïac wood, so very deep and mysterious, and finally enveloped in tender white musk, which delicately whispers sweet nothings over the skin.

** Yummy and light. day or night

15. Lanvin 'Jeanne'- 

A name, a woman, a new perfume...

This fragrance is a tribute to the founder Jeanne Lanvin, and is a Fruity Floral scent for women which was created by master perfumer Anne Flipo. The composition is created around a soft musk, with notes of of peony, peach nectar, candied rose and red berries.

** Very fresh , girly, and happy. A day time scent

16. Juicy Couture- Viva la Juicy

**Girly, flirty and fun. Smells like summer. Day scent

17. Britney Spears- Fantasy

kiwi, white chocolate, musk, lychee, jasmine, orchid, and quince.

** SUPER yummy. Almost the same smell as the Pink sugar by aqualina. Day or night time scent..

18. Lolita Lempicka Fleur de Corail-

A classic oriental fragrance for women, L Lolita Lempicka Fleur de Corail ("Coral Flower")blends bitter orange with rich bergamot and neroli and a bouquet of feminine florals. Accents of precious woods, vanilla, musk and sharp cinnamon bring vibrance and sensuality to this scent. Launched in 2008.

** My hunny LOVES this one on me. I think it's very beachy and deff a day time scent..

19. Serge Lutens- Nuit de Cellophane-

** Deff a sexy scent but not too strong. I wear day or night. 

20. Britney Spears- Midnight Fantasy

Britney Spears Midnight Fantasy perfume is an enticing and a mysterious perfume that aims to seduce you when the clock strikes twelve. Britney Spears Midnight Fantasy utilises night flowers and exotic fruits to make it mysterious and appealing, like a forbidden fruit. 

** similar to the reg. fantasy but alittle muskier.

 21. Aquolina Pink Sugar-

Stylish and lively, with a distinctive personality, Pink Sugar takes you on a journey through the pleasures and flavors of childhood with a playful blend of vanilla and caramel.

** One of my favs.. Smells like cotton candy. Edible and sexy all at the same time. Day and Night

22, Aquolina Pink Sugar Sensual-

Sophisticated and seductive, this soft oriental fragrance is a sexy interpretation of the original Pink Sugar aroma. Top notes of black black currant, tangerine, and bergamot lead into a heart of orange flower, light pink jasmine, and tiare flower. Vanilla, black sugar, and sandalwood form an irresistible base-note trail. 

** just as yummy. But the reg. one is my fav.

23. Hello Kitty Perfume.

** I got it on an airplane LOL. It's a kids perfume. Light and sweet.

These are new from D&G. Love both. #3 is day and #10 is sexy and night.
